To point, Sean is a lifelong resident of South Bend, Indiana. He and his ex-wife/forever best friend, Tina, have three children; Gabrielle (15), Brianna (24) & Devin (22) who are both grown now and with new young families of their own – giving Sean & Tina 3 beautiful grandchildren; Skyelyn (3), Zion (2) and Devin Jr. (1). Together Sean and all his loved ones are committed to seeing him thru this transplant process successfully.
Transplants are lifesaving, but financially draining. Even with Medicare, Sean is facing very high out of pocket expenses, including co-pays, pre-and post-transplant clinic visits (travel/lodging/living) and even temporary relocation for up to 3 to six months to be closer to the University of Chicago Hospital for mandatory post op care.
To help with the financial burden of Sean’s uninsured expenses, a fundraising campaign in his honor has been established with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law, are held by Help Hope Live in the Great Lakes Kidney Transplant Fund, and are administered by Help Hope Live for transplant-related expenses only. Please consider a contribution.
From a fellow MJ Fan. I heard about your campaign from The MJCast podcast. Hope you get the transplant you need. L.O.V.E.

Hope my small contribution helps Sean, from one MJ fan to another, the BEST of luck with everything. LOVE. Steven
