Denny Stevens, 48 year old, grew up in Bishopville, SC and Cassatt, SC. He is the son of the late WJ Stevens & Barbara Stevens. He now lives in Sumter, SC with his wife, Brandy. Denny has 3 children, Dennis, Amber, and Elizabeth. He has 3 grandchildren, Preston, Henley, and Tate. Denny needs a lifesaving kidney transplant.

Denny has been a diabetic for about 21 years now. In May of 2016, his world was turned upside down. He was admitted to the hospital for congestive heart failure but was also told he was in stage 4 kidney failure. Denny started dialysis in January 2017 and has not been able to work since March 2017. Denny is now completely dependent on dialysis, which he does at home every night. He wants to get back to work and enjoy his family and his only chance to return to good health is a kidney transplant.
