Our mom has been battling COPD for over 8 years. After years of struggling with COPD, a lung transplant is her only hope for survival. She has been selected to be placed on the lung transplant list at UF Health Shands in Gainesville. We are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation. She will also be required to live close by the hospital after transplant for up to 3 months.

To help with the financial burden of uninsured expenses, a fundraiser campaign has been established in honor of our mom with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law and donations are allocated by Help Hope Live based on financial need for medical expenses.
