Cindy grew up in Provo and graduated from Provo High School. After her divorce she raised her only son in Provo in the same neighborhood where she grew up. She has worked at IHC for almost 20 years and enjoys the association she has with the patients and her co-workers. Because of her bubbly personality, people find themselves at ease around her. Once you’ve laughed with Cindy, you’ve made a friend for life. Cindy is a cancer survivor. Her new battle is kidney failure and she is fighting for her life. She and her family are committed to seeing her through this battle and winning it.
Transplants are lifesaving but they are also financially draining. Even with her insurance, Cindy is facing very high medical expenses. She will require hospital stays, post-transplant lifelong medications, co-pays, lab fees and more.
To help offset such expenses, a fundraising campaign in Cindy’s honor has been established with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law, are held by Help Hope Live in the Southwest Kidney Transplant Fund, and are administered by Help Hope Live for transplant-related expenses only. If you would like to make a contribution, please click the DONATE NOW bar.
Thank you for your prayers, support and generosity. Keep an eye on the website because we will be planning some fundraising events soon.
Gratefully,
Nancy Wilson, Cindy’s sister-in-law, 385-224-7309
