This is my husband Dustin. 6 years ago we met, and after 3 months of dating he got sick. The week before Christmas we were in the ER. We thought the flu or a virus. On that day our whole life changed. At the young age of 27 he was diagnosed with renal failure. At the time he was morbidly obese, and not living a healthy life style. At the time either was I.

On that day he made a decision, to change his life and he has done that. My husband has lost 270 lbs. He has never missed a dialysis treatment. He is a fulltime student, in a watchmaking program. He is amazing, Even with this terrible disease he just keeps going. He is kind and caring man who would do anything for anyone. Who still takes care of me and makes my coffee every morning. It has taken us 6 years to get here and we have almost made it to the finish line. The only thing wrong with this amazing man is he needs a kidney. To get my husband a kidney we have to asking for your help to help with the medical expenses during the transplant process. Transplant will give my husband a real second chance at life. A second chance I truly feel like he deserves..
