I am in need of a kidney transplant and I need the help of the community, family, and friends to make this happen!

My wife, Vickie Guerrero, and I are both in poor health. She has heart disease and is unable to work full-time.

In 2012, I got kidney stones. That same year I almost lost a foot due to diabetic lesions. Then in 2013, I had gall bladder and colon cancer surgeries. After the surgeries and because of my diabetes, I am no longer able to work.

Toward the end of 2016, I was diagnosed with acute kidney disease and started on dialysis. My kidney disease soon progressed to End Stage Renal Failure. My only chance to return to good health is a life-saving kidney transplant. However, transplants are expensive and funding this life-saving procedure is a monumental task. There are and will be transplant-related medical expenses not covered by my insurance: for example, co-pays, anti-refection medications, and medically related travel expenses before and after the transplant.

All these expenses are adding up to more than my family and I can manage. To help with this financial burden, a fundraising campaign has been established in my honor, Rudy Guerrero, with Help Hope Live.

Please consider making a donation today. We need your help. My family and I want to thank you in advance for your kind consideration and generosity.

Forever Grateful,

Rudy and Vickie Guerrero

May God Bless You All.
