I am writing you on behalf of my father, Kevin Arthur, who recently suffered a life-changing C6, C7 spinal cord injury following a devastating bicycle accident. As many of you know, before the accident Kevin lived a very active lifestyle, riding up to 25 miles a day on his bike, swimming, playing tennis, and most proudly, running around with his grandchildren. He and Mary loved to travel and explore the world, from the moment they met until just days before the accident.

As a quadriplegic with no movement in his legs and limited mobility in his arms, Kevin is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. He is working hard in physical, occupational, and respiratory therapies in hopes that he will be able to return to an independent and productive life.

Kevin, there are many reefs out there that still need your exploring, there are many skies still waiting for you to gaze upon them. We are always looking forward to when you and Mary will come down to good ol' Florida and come sailing with us. As always, mi casa es su casa.
