Brett is a husband to wife Tiffany of 16 years and the father of 3 beautiful children.
He is one of the hardest working men that has built his own plumbing contracting company (which is one of his biggest worries).
He loves being out doors and working with his hands. Whether it’s camping with his family, horseback riding with his dad, working on the farm or plowing snow! he just loves it.
He has kept a very positive attitude about this ordeal and is surprising the doctors at how well he is functioning, which he credits for always being active, (because he never slows down!) And that is what is so hard about seeing him so tired all the time.
Thank you all for your love and support.
On Saturday August 24th Brett received his long awaited liver transplant!! He is recovering and doing well.
Brett is officially on the transplant list.
BRETT is in NEED of YOUR HELP
Has many of you may know in 2015 Brett was diagnosed with a very rare non curable liver disease called PSC (primary sclerosing cholangitis)
His battle with psc has come to a point where he is now in liver failure and needs a liver transplant to survive.
Transplantation surgery, pre transplant and recovery are very costly so the family of Brett Callister are asking for your help in raising money to help them pay for his uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation. These expenses include medical bills, medications, hotel stays to be close to the medical team after transplant, out of work living and so much more!
Brett has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility to the full extent allowed by law for donors. Donors can be sure that funds donated will be used only to pay or reimburse medically-related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.
We thank you for making whatever donation you are able to make.
So sorry to hear of your situation. My heart goes out to you and your family. Hope this donation helps with a portion of your expenses.
