Thankfully, I have now been offered another chance at life, but I need your help. Doctors at Vanderbilt University Hospital have approved me for a lung transplant, but my family and I must cover costs that my insurance will not. This includes my lodging in Nashville, Tennessee, medications, doctor visits, and other necessities for the three months that I must remain there after my lung transplant. Fundraising for such expenses must take place before I can receive the surgery.
Donations to Help Hope Live can help ease the financial burden of a transplant and will allow me to focus on a healthy recovery alongside my family.
Make a donation right now by clicking on the Give button or by calling 800.642.8399. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and all funds raised will be used to offset medical expenses as part of the Help Hope Live Southeast Transplant Fund.
Help Hope Live is a national nonprofit that specializes in engaging communities in fundraising campaigns for people who need a transplant or are affected by a catastrophic injury or illness. Since 1983, campaigns organized by Help Hope Live have raised over $131 million to pay patient expenses.
For more information, please contact Help Hope Live at 800.642.8399.
I know that God has a purpose for my life and I believe that His will be done. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support and God bless!
