In October of 2016 Mark Milewski was diagnosed with kidney failure. By December, he had started dialysis and it became immediately apparent that his life would change forever.
Mark was an asset to the company he worked for, but with his illness, he was no longer able to work. Mark and his wife, Kathy, began to struggle as she was the only one working in the household.
Mark is described as helpful and loving by his wife and those who know him. Now it is our turn to help Mark. While Mark has health insurance, many transplant expenses are not covered, such as travel costs and many anti-rejection drugs which can easily amount to $400-$600 dollars per month.
