I was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease at the young age of 19. Over the years I continued to work, marry and raise a family. I have lived the best life I could until my kidneys started failing last year. That’s when my world started falling apart. My husband left me at the same time I had to go on dialysis just to survive.
I have been a faithful member of Living Word Fellowship Ministries and my faith in God has helped me keep going. My story is about to take a very happy upturn with your help…
A long lost friend named Michael Peavey, who I dated over 20 years ago has come back into my life and guess what? He is a perfect match and wants to be my living donor! And even better… HE WANTS TO MARRY ME!
Transplantation is very costly and I will have a lot out of pocket expenses that insurance will not cover. These include anti-rejection medications, co-pays and deductibles, hospital bills as well as living donor expenses.
Your generous donation will help me and my living donor, SOON TO BE MY HUSBAND, focus on a healthy recovery and a happy life together. Thank you for your support!
Family and friends of Edna Williams are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
Edna has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.

Thank you for your support!
