“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
It is my hope that once you read this story, you too will be blessed to give. James needs your help to keep hope alive. James has advanced kidney disease, requiring a kidney transplant or at some point dialysis to survive. His sister, Jonetta, has agreed to donate one of her kidneys to her big brother to maintain a healthy quality of life. We are asking family and friends to join us in fundraising for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to help with expenses James and his family will face after surgery. The expenses will include the cost for lodging near the MUSC transplant center, medical follow ups, and medication following the discharge from the center.

While we've never met you, we feel you are part of our 'extended family' and can't help but root for you. We hope to meet you one day, and see the glow of health on your smiling face!

I wish you and your sister a successful, over exceedingly healthy life changing journey. I pray that your surgical procedure is free of complications and that your healing and recuperation stuns the Healthcare environment. And of course, I wish you a “SPEEDY” recovery in advance. God be with you both. Much Love from your cuz, Tedra
