Charolenn St. Germain is a 39 year old woman in need of a kidney transplant.

Five years ago she was diagnosed with IGA nephropathy, an auto-immune disease that affected her kidney, a disease that only 7% of her kidney function and is considered End Stage. She depends on dialysis to live 3x/week.

Transplant are lifesaving but tremendously expensive. Charolenn will have many expenses not covered by insurance and that will add up very quickly, from medical travel costs , relocation costs, co pays, and to the very expensive anti-rejection medication that she will have to take for the rest of her life. The costs are sky high. We are turning to you to help with this challenge that Charolenn can’t overcome alone. Thank you.

As many of you know Charolenn (Lenn) has been battling kidney disease for several years now. She’s been receiving dialysis treatments usually three times a week for few hours a day at a time that helps her kidneys to their job and keep her alive, but a transplant would offer her more freedom and the ability to live longer, healthier, more normal life. A transplant would also give her more time to do fun things and if you know Lenn she like travelling to different places and exploring new things with her family and friends.
Kidney transplantation is a life-extending procedure. Please open your hearts and let’s help Lenn move towards her goal. ❤️
