In June of 2018, Amy was told that she needed a life saving liver transplant. Doctors discovered that the ducts of her liver were constricted and that her liver would not function normally again. Amy has been given three reasons as to what may have gone wrong with her liver which are:
1. An autoimmune disease that has attacked her liver
2. Benign tumor
3. Cancer
There will not be a definite diagnosis until her liver is removed.
Amy has touched the lives of so many. From her family, to her church and her friends, Amy is always serving others. Amy was an amazing gymnast and NCAA champion for Oregon State. She was also an inspirational coach to many young gymnasts in Utah. Even during this difficult time, she has not lost her sense of humor and her willingness to help others. Amy needs your help now!
Transplants are life saving surgeries, but they are very expensive. Even with health insurance, there are many out of pocket medical expenses. Some of these include co-pays, deductibles & a lifetime of anti-rejection medications.
Donations to Help Hope Live in honor of Amy Durham can help ease the financial burden of the transplant surgery. Donations are tax deductible to the extent of the law.
Amy and her family thank you in advance for your support, kindness & generosity.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION:

Amy I love you so much and I was truly sad to miss the bake sale! I bought cookie ingredients, but unfortunately that doesn’t count! My dad is in his last days and I promise that’s the only thing I can think of that would have kept me from going to play Pin the Liver on Amy and give you a big hug!! I’m grateful it was a success and I’m grateful but totally unsurprised you are so supported and blessed through this. You are never forgotten in my prayers!!
Tara Bennett
We love you! Best neighbor the DeBry’s could ever ask for!!
Liz and Chris Carter
Our prayers are with you, Amy. Remember ". . . all things work together for good to them that love God" and "Behold, I am with you alway." May God give you comfort and peace as you wait for a solution to come and may you know that you are loved more deeply and more people intensely care for you than you ever before imagined. And the love of our Father in Heaven is the most powerful of all. God bless you. Our love, Bob and Janet Backman
