Happy New Year! This past winter Shellis Duke encountered numerous medical complications that derived from the double lung transplant surgery in addition to other underlining medical complications she had developed 12 years ago.

Shellis spirit departed from her body on December 06, 2020 from her home surrounded by loved ones. Shellis internal light and smile will shine forever in the memories of those that crossed her path in life. Thank you for your love, hard earned donations and gifts, and continue tax deductible support for the family. This is a 501(c)(3)

Thank you to everyone that have supported and blessed Shellis upon her return home from Johns Hopkins Hospital despite the State-of-Emergency” constraints placed on most parts of the United States of America “you made it happen!”

Sharing is caring and any continued support will be appreciated towards our lifelong medical obstacles.
