As many of you know, I have been battling chronic lung disease (COPD, Emphysema) and am now at stage 4 of my disease.
I am a loving mother to 4 children, a grandmother of 9, a sibling of 4, and a friend and companion to many. My spirit continues to touch many people on a daily basis.
My only hope for more time and longevity with my family is to undergo a double lung transplant. I have been accepted as a candidate at the Cleveland Clinic.
I am on a limited income and need help to cover the cost of out of pocket medical expenses that my insurance doesn’t pay for such as copays, long term medications, housing and traveling expense to and from Cleveland before and after surgery.
I am required to stay in Cleveland near the transplant center following my discharge for a minimum of 60 days, and I must ask for your help to offset the cost of lodging//hotel/food and expenses while I’m in Cleveland.
I’m asking for your support/donations to give me the chance for a continued life and ease my financial stress.
I appreciate any support you can give and please share the word!
Thank you and God Bless!
