I have been disabled from birth due to head injury. At age 30, I also suffered another injury in an auto accident which also crushed my spine at L3 and my right arm. Due to all the injury I have lived on SSI for decades which is half the poverty level.
The kind of care I have needed for these types of injuries has not been available to me at my income level, and so I have basically done my best to treat myself. I studied holistic therapies at the Graduate level before the auto accident, even with all the injuries that I had, and so I used what I learned on myself.
I am fundraising to ask for assistance with paying for some much needed professional support such as chiropractic, cranio-sacral therapy and physical therapy and some alternative therapies such as neuro-feedback. I also greatly need a personal attendant to lift and carry and do running around for me and also to help me drive long distance.
I have not had a stable home due to the rental economy these past several years and am in great need of some help acquiring a place to live. Three years ago I tried to move from Colorado where I was in a heavy wildfire and smoke zone as I suffered from smoke inhalation several times and could not go out most of the year. I tried to move east but was not able to relocate due to the rental crises and costs of moving and rentals. I need help to get relocated into a safe good place to live for me.
My MS degree is in psychology and holistic therapy and though my living situation has been highly stressful these past years I have still continued to study. I developed a form of spiritual direction which is a conversation for the soul. I call it Soul Talk and I would like to offer this via internet as a volunteer ministry, perhaps for donations. Were I able to relocate I could put this into motion.
I also for a few years after graduate school worked on staff at an outpatient holistic medical clinic as a counselor and teacher and I put together an audio of a self awareness guided practice that is 15 minutes long to be listened to at bedtime. This audio is designed to create what is called the relaxation response in the nervous system and shift our patterning to one that is healing.
I am offering this audio recording to anyone who makes a minimum donation of $25 as a thank you for your generosity. I believe that giving and receiving is actually the same thing and brings a balance in a persons life, which is what I am demonstrating on my audio. I would like to maintain that balance by offering you a gift in return for your help so we are in balance with each other, and simply from my gratitude.
If you would like to receive this audio please make sure to leave you email address when making your donation online.
The trauma of my life and especially this past three years has left me in dire need of your help. I am not able to make this happen on my own and I do not have family to help me. I am asking for your assistance through my process of transition, and ask that you make a donation to Help Hope Live in my honor to help me reach my goal of attaining the medical care that I need, finding a place to live and offering my skills to our community.
Thank you and blessings to you.
