Butterflies are free to fly…fly away. I am still learning how to manage this challenge that is set before and I
am still up for the challenge. Some days are better than others. I can tell you truthfully that I can still feel
the genuine concern, support, prayers, and love from all of the people from General Mills, Sodexo, and
others. Thank you so much

Rodney's smile and warm greeting made my day when I stopped by to purchase coffee at the General Mills Park on Main café. His happy greeting, Jazz music and positive attitude was a joy and always made my day a better one. He touched all of us with his warmth and care, and is greatly missed. I don't know any of his family members but I wish you strength and comfort during this very difficult time. Rodney is a very special person and I am honored to have known him. His nickname for me was "Ave Maria". Blessings!

Rodney always brought a smile to my face and a happy moment to my day. He will be missed at General Mills, that's for sure! May he rest in peace now that his suffering is over.

I can still here Rodney say "Thank you brotha" in that deep velvety voice after we'd talk and I'd tell him to have a good day. He thought of me and many other as his brother or sister. In that sense I am proud to have had him as my brother, as he was a wonderful, kind man. He's my brother, let him rest in peace.

Rodney was an inspiration who brightened my day and so many others' days each time we saw him. What a terrible loss to this world now that he's gone.
