Darryl has been granted the Gift of Life and we couldn’t be more excited for his Kidney Transplant to happen. We are raising funds to help offset the costs of his insurance and out of pocket expenses. Though this has been a very difficult time, it has also been incredibly miraculous. Darryl is looking forward to a long, healthy life with is his wife Natalie and son Drew.
We are asking for your help as Darryl embarks on this journey. The costs associated with any transplant are very high and the procedure is being done in New York City. Your donation will help Darryl directly with medical and living costs.
All donations are to a 501(c)3 nonprofit and are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Thank you for your generosity and support throughout this process.
Darryl is at his temporary home in NY recovering; he is doing well and visits the Weill Cornell hospital on a regular basis. His wounds are healing and they are encouraging him to walk to exercise and try return to a normal daily regimen. On April 18, 2019 was able celebrate is 44th birthday with Natalie in NY. He is likely to be there some time and is looking forward to returning to Florida and resuming normal daily life with Natalie and Drew. We thank you all for the encouragement and support as well as the financial help that you all made.
