Hello! My name is Denise Spann, I’m a retired nurse from Charleston S.C. where I worked for 20 years as a Medical Administration Assistant and L.P.N. and C.N.A part time. I loved my work but since my Renal Dease I’m now living in the Beautiful City of Laurinburg, North Carolina. I moved to North Carolina because of my medical condition and I am not able to work at this time, but not being able to work hurts me. Working with patients was my passion. I loved being a nurse. Taking care of people. I am at 5 stage kidney failure. On the Dialysis Machine and Active List. I am a grand mother of 9 and 1 great grand. I am hoping that I be call one day for a kidney not asking for charity but a donation to help with my care while I am in the hospital. I’m retired and can not go back to work . And your donation will help a few of my financial problems for my medical related expenses, and for a fast recovery after surgery.
