Family and friends of Gabriel Cruser are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
I am in need of a heart transplant and is listed for transplant. I have a left ventricular assist device to pump for my heart, with your donations I will be able to cover medical, mortgage and other expenses that will happen while on the hospital and after I get released after transplant.
Gabriel has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. As of October 13th 2020 I received my heart transplant and I am doing great, have had 11 rejection biopsy done with 0%rejection, April 13th 2021 I will be 6 months post transplant.

as of Oct 13 2020 I received my gift of a lifetime I got my heart transplant. I have started cardio rehab, have had 11 rejection biopsies to go this point with 0% rejection.
