Our son, Grant, was born seemingly healthy. However, as time went on, we noticed he was missing milestones. Now he is almost 8 years old and he struggles in every aspect of his life. He cannot walk, talk, or even eat by mouth.
Despite Grant’s battles, he is a very loving child who enjoys kisses, songs, and his game shows – Wheel of Fortune and Price is Right. He works very hard at all of his therapies and we are very proud of him!
We are trying to get our van modified to accommodate Grant’s wheelchair. It will make it easier to take him to his therapies and to outings in the community. He is 60 pounds and growing, so trying to lift him in and out of the car is very difficult.
Donations to Help Hope Live made in Grant’s honor will help us to meet our goal to modify our van for Grant!
Family and friends of Grant McGill are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Illness.
Grant has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.
