Family and friends of Nicole Bergman are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a double lung transplantation. Nicole has been dealing with health conditions since she was 2 weeks old. She has been diagnosed with Bronchiectasis, Chronic Bronchitis, Asthma, Allergies, and Woake’s Syndrome (sister disease to Cystic Fibrosis). She also battles with sinus and lung infections which is getting harder to treat with IV medications. Only certain antibiotics work for her infections and some of them she is allergic to. Her lung capacity has dropped and it is hard for her to breath. She uses 2-3 liters of oxygen as needed and at night.
