Hi Everyone! Wanted to give everyone a update of my journey for transplant. Last week I finally got the phone call I have been waiting almost two years for and I have been ACCEPTED and will be placed on the donor list this coming Friday after I sign my acceptance. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am and my family are for this news, we all have been praying it sms like a lifetime. I wanted to thank you all for your continued support, prayers and texts and messages with words of encouragement, not sure I could have made it this far without all of the support and love! I have a very long road ahead and now comes the scary part for me and I am sure my family. We are still fundraising to meet our goal so that I will be able to recover properly my main focus can be on exactly that, if you have donated thank you again so much it is truly appreciated again! There is a very good possibility I will need to go on disability/social security after my surgery depending how well I do and I understand its not a easy or fast process. If anyone has advise on that I welcome it because I am in the dark on the process and the best practices to get approved. Again its as my son said "Oh Happy Day!" when I told him the news, we are thrilled and wanted to share with all of you! Love to all!

HI everyone wanted to update everyone as we are still trying to fundraise and get to our goal We are so thankful for those that have dontated!!! If you have not or are looking to possibly dontate to a cause at the end of the year please consider this one!

;Our dear friend, daughter, and sister Kimberly is in need of a lung reduction/lung transplant surgery in order to give her a better quality of life.

Kim is a single mom of three children. Kim has selflessly given to many worthy causes. She has donated and volunteered her time, money, resources and compassion to Ronald McDonald House, Girl Scouts of America, local Cleveland homeless shelters and shelters for victims of domestic violence.

Donations made to Help Hope Live in honor of Kimberly will be used for medical related and surgery expense plus prescriptions which can be $3,000 a month. Disability benefits is not an option for Kim as she continues to work from home for a wonderful company.

Your donation will enable her to have peace of mind through this difficult time. We are hopeful you can also reach out to others to donate to her Journey. Prayer is so powerful and will be appreciated.

Family and friends of Kimberly Tavenier are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.

Kimberly has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.

For more information, please contact Help Hope Live at 800.642.8399.

Thank you for your support!
