Family and friends of David Remy are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Injury.
My name is David. I work in the transportation industry as a parts manager. I have a passion for atuomobilles. In my spare time I really enjoy watching movies and spending time with my friends and family.
In August 2018, David was diagnosed with a Thoracic Spondolosis with Myelopathy resulting in trouble walking, leg numbness and reliance on a wheelchair. David’s doctors have recommended an exoskeleton as part of David’s treatment of this chronic condition. An exoskeleton enables those with spinal cord injury a new level of functional independence and upright mobility in their home and community. In short, means an exoskeleton would help David walk again. Exoskeleton’s are relatively new technology and are not covered by insurance, which is why we are asking for your help.
David has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.
