Janet has gone through so much in this process. The magnitude of a double lung and heart surgery is a lot to wrap ones head around but Janet knows that she wants to be able to see her grandchildren grow and thrive for as long as she can. Janet knows that life is precious and that this surgery will require a lot of work on her part and a lot of support from family and friends that she is so appreciative of. She is looking forward to the opportunity to give back to her community following her recovery from her transplants.

While insurance will certainly help with medical expenses, it does not cover all costs for the transplant. We are hoping to offset Janet’s relocation expenses, insurance premiums, hospital bills and the cost of medications through this fundraiser.
