Both of his legs were amputated above the knee and his brain injury has left with without the ability to move or talk. Jake has always been someone people knew they can call for help and he would say “yes”. Not only did he say yes, but he did so with a sincere simile on his face. Jake has always loved helping others. Because of that giving spirit so many have reached out to help Jake and the family and we are so very thankful to each and everyone. We have had a wonderful group of people renovate part of the house to make it more accessible for Jake. Since the family lives on the 2nd floor an elevator is needed to be installed so Jake can go outside where he loves to be and enjoy a better qualify of life. Giving to Jake through Help Hope Live will help the family take the next step in helping Jake have a more productive life.
Family and friends of Jake Whisenhunt are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Injury.
