Robert received his miracle but still needs your help.

Robert drove himself to the Emergency room with his heart functioning at just over 20%. He was immediately admitted into the ICU with class 4 heart failure. One day later, he transferred to another hospital with a specialized Cardiovascular ICU. After not responding to medications,
additional testing indicated his heart was only working at 15%. Shortly after, a balloon pump was inserted into his heart, transplant workups were started and Robert was placed on the Heart Transplant list. Three weeks to the day after admission to the hospital, Robert received his new heart. We are asking family and friends to join us in fundraising for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to help with critical expenses Robert will face immediately after discharge.

Robert was in a good place in life where he found his calling working for a national banking corporation. He loves his new career path. He was looking forward to increased opportunities in the field that he loves so much. Never did he imagine his heart was failing him more and more as time was passing by.
