To know Kelly is to love Kelly.
On behalf of our dear friend, we’ve formed this fundraising campaign so Kelly can use her post-surgery time focusing on getting stronger — and not on the enormous expense that comes with maintaining this beautiful gift of new life.
There have been so many moments in our lives where Kelly has given us her time and expertise at no charge. Whether we had a big occasion, an emergency pimple — or even if we had just lost our job, she was there. She would just say, “Help someone else one day when you can.” Kelly was always a safe home where you could share your secrets, your successes, and your troubles.
Chris and I are working with her social worker and financial coordinator through St. Luke’s, which has been a valuable resource in this trying time. Kelly would always rather give than ask — and that’s why we’re stepping in to ask for her.
Family and friends of Kelly Riphahn are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation such as, co-insurance, co-pays, rehabilitation, and all of the other costs that come with a procedure like this. We are overjoyed to pair with them to help Kelly.
On behalf of all of us, we appreciate your time, effort and consideration.
Diane and Chris
