Chase graduated from Carrollton High School and the University of Georgia, with a degree in International Affairs. Most recently, he worked at the Georgia Capitol and for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. Chase is loved by many and due to his charismatic personality, spunk, love for life, and caring spirit has more true friends than anyone we know. He is kind and generous to everyone he meets, and now he needs your kindness in return.
Chase has already been down a long road in the past month, and has an arduous journey ahead of him. Even with insurance, he will have many uninsured, injury-related expenses such as: co-pays and deductibles, rehab therapy and specialized equipment, home modifications and accessible transportation.
To assist with some of these uninsured expenses, a fundraising campaign in Chase’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive (formerly NTAF), a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for nearly 30 years. In 2000, they expanded their mission to include those who have sustained a catastrophic injury. All contributions are tax-deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the Southeast Spinal Cord Injury Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for injury-related expenses only. Please consider making a donation:To help cover administrative costs, HelpHOPELive deducts a 4% fee from donations made by checks, and a 7% fee for those made by credit card.
In greatest appreciation for your support,
Ryan and Melissa Jones
