Daison Pursley, a 17 year old USAC Midget driver, suffered breaks in his C4 and C5 vertebrae as well a spinal cord injury during a crash while racing at Arizona Speedway on November 13, 2021. Daison quickly underwent a fusion surgery to repair the C4 and C5 vertebrae and is still recovering at Banner Medical in Mesa, AZ. The end goal is to move Daison to a spinal cord rehab facility as quickly as possible.

Daison has had the honor of traveling around the US with his racing career, allowing him to impact an incredible amount of people. Daison has the eyes and hearts of many because of his ability to engage with and relate to his fans and competitors. Daison calls two places home, Oklahoma and Indiana, but he has influenced people from coast to coast and other continents as well through the platform of racing. Daison now needs your support as he takes on a different kind of race for now.
