I need a lung transplant
I am in the advance stages of a serious lung disease and am in need of a lung transplant to save my life, regain my independence, spend quality time with my daughter, son-in-law and my precious granddaughter, Emma.

Im getting closer and closer to needing this transplant trying to regain strength and weight and continue to raise the required funds required by Cleveland for this they say my insurance does not cover. I’m not asking for large donations just the theory you spend on a cup of coffee, soda, beer or a meal that you would like to buy for me would be helpful and continue to get me closer. I currently do not have the stamina for outings no go fund me are allowed but if you click the attached link for helphopelive and put a note in honor of Dawn Michelle Tardif it goes into a nonprofit account and is only distributed for medical needs AND a a bonus is tax deductible please consider helping me get my life back by donating or hosting a fundraiser of any sort
