Inga is a mother, community volunteer and active church member. She works full-time for a nonprofit organization in the local school district and is also working on building a home-based business. The looming budget cuts may cause her to lose her job and she is still caring for twin 17-year-old girls, while continuing to pay off some of the college loans of her 21-year old’s college tuition.
Even with medical insurance, Inga will have many uninsured transplant-related expenses such as: co-pays and deductibles, doctor visits, travel and relocation, donor assistance and the costly immunosuppressant medications that she will need to take for the rest of her life.
To help with some of these uninsured expenses, a fundraising campaign in her honor has been established with HelpHOPELive. HelpHOPELive is a nonprofit that has been assisting the transplant community for over 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. Please consider making a donation today.
Thank you in advance for your contributions and support during this difficult time. Together we can make a difference and help Inga receive her second chance at life!
The Family of Inga Joseph
I'm excited! It has been three years since I started dialysis at the dialysis center. I have lost a lot of weight, usually have very good lab results from my monthly test and was selected as the patient representative for a time. I have started dating and am in a committed relationship. I have completed steps to be listed for a transplant in 3 different cities. I am thankful that life continues for me regardless of the kidney issues. I have not been able to work and still need help with funds for a transplant. Please consider donating to my fund. I am also still needing a donor. Those that have tested so far have health issues that do not allow donation. My twins will be graduating college in 2016 and my son is working on a business plan for a food truck. I plan to be around to enjoy these life blessings and look forward to life with a husband in the near future. So, please help me to be an example of hope to many that are in need of life.
In June 2012, I no longer have employment. I am currently doing in-center hemodialysis and have been looking for part-time employment. I am also, still a candidate on the national transplant list and really need your help to continue the battle to prolong life.
I am praying for you, Inga. More than just praying I'm going help financially also. I Love you!
