Hello,
My name is Robert Hosie, a 57-year-old man from Redding, California. I consider myself blessed to have my childhood sweetheart as my wife and our two amazing teen children by my side. However, I am currently facing a health challenge as I have end-stage COPD, and my lung function is at 15%.
Despite the difficult circumstances, I have been given a second chance at life through the incredible opportunity to receive a double lung transplant from UCSF. I am grateful that most, if not all, of my hospital costs are covered, but there are some significant expenses that we need help with.

I have never met you Robert but have been a member of the community support group for quite awhile and your support of Joetta through her trials has been inspirational . Truly a pay it forward effort. Now it's your turn in need of help. GOD bless!
