Dominic is 30 years old and from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He’s a graduate of Sequoyah High School in Tahlequah, class of 2010. He went D1 in his high school days, he was a very good football player. He was also on the schools Power Lifting team and participated a season on the Cheerleading team. He has such a big heart and he is the most hilarious guy I know. He lights up the room and his laugh is contagious. He cares and loves his family more than anything, you might as well call him Dominic Toretto. Dom has some great friends and a very supportive family that has been with him through this tough journey that he has been enduring. Our parents have not left his side since! They have been staying with him at the hospital 24/7 and not leaving.
Dominic is now at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in OKC with a failing liver and is in need of a liver transplant. During this it has made his kidneys overwork and he is now on dialysis for his kidneys to help them work. Dom will have to stay in the hospital till he is able to get a liver transplant. After he is able to get one he will be in the hospital for two weeks to a month for care, then he and our parents will need to live in OKC area for a 30-90 day period so he can be close to the hospital if anything is to happen.
Dominic will be able to come home after that, but he will need 24/7 care for three months when he is home. We really need any help we can get with the expenses of the medical bills, living expenses, after care, and medications. His medications are expensive and one of his medications he will need to take twice a day for the rest of his life. He will not be able to skip one day.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help my brother with your donations. He means so much to us and to a lot of people. We would also love prayers though this time.

Dom got out of the hospital Friday! They are still in OKC till they say that he is good to home. Right now we are still paying out of pocket for a lot of things. Please keep donating!
Dom was moved to a bigger room with our parents. He is hurting a bit today so they did an xray and gave him pain medication. They did the xray to make sure he did not have any blockage or something.
Dom is now out of ICU and in a room. TMI he has peed today! That is a BIG step!
Dom is starting to walk on his own. He’s been able to walk since the day after surgery but its a big step from just having surgery.
Dominic is out of surgery. His new liver is working great. His old liver they took out weighed 10lbs while this one weighs 2.5lbs. Please keep donating because he still has a looong road ahead!
They are going to take the donors liver at 1 am and bring him in a 5 am
Dom just got an offer for a liver. It still has to pass a couple criteria to be matched to him, but this is a big step.
Dominic does dialysis for his kidneys every day for four hours
Dominic was approved today to be on the list for a new liver
