On March 22nd of 2022, I fell and broke my neck. I’m now paralyzed from the neck down. It has been a very hard struggle, but I have had the support of my friends and family, I’m making progress, but we are trying to obtain a wheelchair accessible van. This would let me leave home to have more of a social life: I can go to church and events, to the park, to my family’s house, and so much more!
Family and friends of Amanda Fontenot are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Injury.
Amanda has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.
