Family and friends of Autumn Hydorn are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
—
Hello my name is Autumn I am 28 years old and suffer from stage five kidney failure. I have an autoimmune disease that caused my kidneys to filter out the good and filter back in all the toxic waste. I go to dialysis three times a week in order to be able to live a life that is as normal as possible. I have two beautiful children that have seen me go in and out of the hospital many times.
I want to only have to make one final hospital stay by getting a transplant. This money would be used to help with medications not covered by insurance as well as help with transportation back and forth as I live in Idaho and my transplant would take place in Washington. Anything helps. Please help me be able to get back to living a normalish life and watch my children grown up.
I’ve chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button. For more information, please contact Help Hope Live at 800.642.8399.
Thank you for your support!
So close to transplant!! Finally have all my labs were they need to be! I have also had three people come to me saying they want to test to be a live donor 😊 I'm so excited for this next step in my journey. Getting a second chance at life is so amazing not just for me but for my kids as well! 2025 is the year!
The new year has brought a lot of ups and downs. Downs being again I have been in and out of the hospital because the cold makes it hard for my lungs. Up side my kids are growing and thriving ?
An update on my life right now.I just went to the dentist to get the clearance on that so that puts me one step closer to transplant. As of right now I'm just trying to raise money for things post transplant, such as, medications, payment for my care taker, and other little things that may come up along the way. My kids are getting older and bigger and sport are a huge thing now. I really want to be able to practice with them. My son is in jujitsu and my daughter is doing dance/gymnastics. Being apart of these things are huge for me because I remember what it was like growing up and having my mom and dad there with me cheering me on or helping me practice! I'm also working on putting together some tee-shirts to sell to help support my fundraising. I will post pictures soon.
