Hi Family and friends! Tammy, is in stage 5 of kidney disease (renal failure) and needs a kidney transplant to survive. Due to her health, she is unable to work and she needs help raising funds for her to travel to receive a transplantation. She will be required to stay at least 6 weeks or more in the city she receives her transplant from and provide housing, food and medication and any other unforeseen expenses related to the surgery.

We are raising money thorough the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with kidney transplantation.
