I NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
My name is Jamie Moore. I am a young lady that was born with a disability called Cerebral Palsy. When I was born, I weighed 1lb. 11oz. I was 3 months early and the doctors said, Mom’s blood pressure was so high that they had to do something or loose both mom and I.After I was born, I had to stay in the hospital in an incubator for 3 months. I was so tiny, I would fit in the palm of my mom’s hand. When mom had to go back to work, Nanny Darthie and Nanny Helen would come up to the hospital to stay with me. When mom would get off work she came back up and stayed. When I was old enough I had to go to physical and cognitive therapies. I went to Easter Seals Society for crippled children. I am needing help with fundraising so that I can get a accessible truck with lift. It will make it so much easier for me to put my wheelchair in the bed of the truck. Riding horses is part of my physical therapy. I ride at a therapeutic riding center once a week. But, insurance does not pay for my riding so I have to. The physical therapy is an essential part of my quality of life. I love riding horses and showing. My trainer Amy takes me to horse shows five or six times a year. We go to shows for the disabled, they are called “Challenged Rider Shows”.
Family and friends of Jamie Moore are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Illness. Jamie has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses.
To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the GIVE button. Please share my page on your social media platforms and ask your friends and family as well. Every donation makes a difference.
Thank you for your support!

Good Morning Y'all,
I was just hoping on here to tell y'all about the NSBA Horse Show. It was a blast! We all had a great time and the competition was steep this year. I will tell you though, I rode my best and let Kalli do her job.
I'm sorry but I will tell you more and post pictures & video later.I have to meet with a friend.
Good morning my friends,
I hope everyone is doing well this morning. I will be getting packed and ready to go to Oklahoma for the "National Snaffle Bit Horse Show". We will leave early Wednesday morning. If you would like to watch me ride they will have the show (live streamed). I'm not sure when but I'll let you know.
I would like to tell everyone that has donated, thank you for all the help. I could not have done this without y'all.
There is only a week and a half until I leave for the "National Snaffle Bit Horse Show". I am so excited to get to go but nervous too.
Hey Ya'll,
I am getting ready for my next horse show. It is the big show of the year that we all want to go to. It is going to be August 7-14, 24. I am so excited to be able to go. I pray that I can get a new show outfit and pad but if not thats ok to.
Please pray for me that I stay well and not get sick.
I have been sick for the past two weeks. I was not able to update my page. My friend Amy took pictures of me in the bluebonnets.
