In 2019, I was diagnosed with kidney disease. It’s been tough, but with the support of my family, friends, and community, I’m determined to overcome it. Unfortunately, my condition has progressed to end-stage kidney disease, where my kidneys have lost almost all function, making a kidney transplant my best chance for a brighter future.
