Skylar is a bright, determined 8-year-old who lights up every room she enters. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, a condition that affects her muscle control and mobility, but it has never dimmed her smile or her incredible spirit. Every day, Skylar works hard in therapy and at school to overcome challenges that most of us can only imagine.
Her journey requires specialized medical equipment, ongoing treatments, and supplies that help her live as independently and comfortably as possible. Unfortunately, these expenses along with medical bills add up quickly and go far beyond what insurance covers.
This Help Hope Live campaign is dedicated to supporting Skylar by funding the essentials she needs: Adaptive medical equipment and mobility aids, Therapy tools and supplies, Out-of-pocket medical bills, Other expenses that help her grow, thrive, and enjoy life to the fullest. Your generosity will help give Skylar the tools and resources she needs to reach her goals and continue inspiring everyone around her. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and every kind word or share of her story helps, too.
Skylar has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.
