Thanks for your support!
Ok folks, it has finally happened. On Tuesday January 11, 2022, my beautiful wife Debbie was blessed with a new Liver. The transplant went well, and she is recovering as anticipated. She is in good spirits and working towards an early release. We have been told she will have to stay in Houston close to her team for 6 to 10 weeks for tests and observation. We would like to think everyone for their support and prayers through this whole ordeal. Yall really mean a lot to us. I am sure Debbie will add an update as soon as she is able. God bless all of you.
We had a great time at the Basket Fundraiser and Yard Sale. Doing a Basket Raffle on line was so much fun and much easier than I thought it would. I learned with faith anything is possible. Thank you to all you donated and brought raffle tickets and items from the yard sale. I so appreciate it.
Hi Everyone, It is me Debbie!!! It has been a wild journey since the first time I was in this type of situation.. Back in 2010, I was diagnosis with Cirrhosis of the Liver and was very sick and was listed for a liver transplant. Changing my life and working with a great team of doctors my health got better and I was taken off the list but still been treated for Cirrhosis, I still have Cirrhosis but have been able to maintain it by medicine and healthy living. Now in 2020 I have been diagnosed with Liver Cancer. I have just recently gone through testing and Liver Transplant Evaluation and I have been listed again for a Liver Transplant. A transplant is the only way I will be able to get rid of the cancer. Again I am working with my original team of Doctors. They take such great care of me and my journey begins. I will keep you all updated and thank you in advance for all your support and prayers.
