Family and friends of Rodrigo Rodriguez are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with an LVAD/Transplant. Rodrigo has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses. Rodrigo has been battling Congestive Heart failure for the past 4 years. In the past few months, his condition has worsened to the point where he needs an LVAD (heart pump). He has been approved and is trying to strengthen himself for the upcoming surgery. Our hope is with the surgery he will have a better quality of life and more time with his family and friends. Rodrigo loves to work and is missing his Home Depot job where he has been an Appliance Specialist for the past 5 years. He thrives on talking with his customers and helping them find the right appliance. Rodrigo is the person who would give you the shirt off his back and do anything to help a person in need. We are asking for your thoughts and prayers and if can donate to help with some of the medical costs. The surgery is a lengthy one, with several weeks in the hospital and the transition to home. We believe God knows what is best and will be in control.
