Help Hope Live for Caleb Carvalho

Family and friends of Caleb Carvalho are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Catastrophic Injury. Caleb has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.Caleb Carvalho was involved in a devastating accident while riding his bike to school. He was struck by a trash truck and has suffered a severe compound pelvic fracture. As you can imagine, this is an unimaginable and heartbreaking time for Caleb and his family. While Caleb is now receiving medical care, his road to recovery will be long and challenging. The medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and time away from work for his family are overwhelming burdens during this already difficult time.We are asking for your help to ease the financial strain on Caleb’s family as they focus on his healing. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference and is deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please keep Caleb and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Your kindness and support mean the world to them

Currently, he’s wearing a boot and can stand and walk short distances with the help of crutches. Caleb remains under close monitoring by his medical team, and we don’t yet know how long his recovery will take or if additional surgeries will be necessary. He’s showing incredible strength and resilience every day. Thank you for your continued prayers, encouragement, and support. Caleb and our family are deeply grateful for every act of kindness during this journey. Contributions made through this platform are tax-deductible, making it a meaningful way to help.

We recently met with specialists and received additional scan results, and unfortunately, we’ve learned that Caleb is facing more challenges that will require further surgeries. Along with the existing injuries, the scans revealed issues with his ankle, five discs in his spine that are protruding, and severe nerve damage that remains a significant concern. While this news is tough, we are focused on getting Caleb the best possible care and treatment to address each of these areas. It’s going to be a long journey, but we’re grateful for the support and strength we continue to receive from all of you. Thank you for keeping Caleb in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate these new obstacles.
