Family and friends of (Marcus) Brett Stone are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant. (Marcus) Brett Stone has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.
Our son, Brett, is a 30-year-old from Cantonment, FL, who is currently facing the battle of his life. He’s been hospitalized in Largo, FL, where he is expected to remain for the next 4-6 months as he receives and recovers from a liver transplant—a procedure that will save his life. This is not just about medical care; it’s about giving Brett the chance to continue being the amazing father, son, and friend that he is.
Brett is a devoted father to two young boys who adore him. He has always been a man with a kind heart, someone who gives selflessly to others in need. He’s charismatic and respectful, with a big sense of humor that lights up any room. Though he’s an introvert at heart, he’s the kind of guy who quietly makes a difference in the lives of those around him.Brett is a good ol’ country boy who loves hunting, fishing, and cheering on Alabama football. He embodies the values of hard work and resilience, and he plans to get back to work as soon as he is physically able. With his determination and faith, Brett knows this difficult chapter will one day be a testimony he can share to inspire others. However, the journey to recovery is a long and expensive one. As a family, we are facing mounting costs for housing near the hospital, traveling back and forth, food, medication, and other unexpected expenses. These costs are overwhelming, but they are necessary to give Brett the best chance at a healthy future. We cannot do this alone, and that is why we are asking for your support.
Please donate to Help Hope Live in Brett’s honor today. Your generosity will directly impact Brett’s ability to receive the care he needs and help ease the financial burden on our family during this critical time. Every dollar brings us closer to ensuring that Brett gets the second chance he deserves—a chance to watch his boys grow up, to return to the outdoors he loves, and to share his story of hope and perseverance.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Brett and our family during this journey. Your kindness and prayers mean the world to us.
Please anything you can do will help.

This is already a beautiful and heartfelt message. I've made a few small tweaks to improve flow and fix a minor typo. Here's the updated version:
Hi Mark,
I just wanted to reach out and let you know I’ve been thinking about you and Brett constantly. I can’t even imagine how hard this must be for you and your family. Please know that I am keeping him in my prayers every day, asking God for his strength, healing, and a successful transplant to come soon.
Even though we are not close by, if there’s anything I can do to support you or help in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re all hoping and praying for brighter days ahead for Brett. It’s comforting to see how much love and support you have around you, and I am grateful knowing God is walking this journey with you.
