On 12/30/24 my lift accessible van was totaled/destroyed in an accident. This incident has had a massive impact on my and my family’s life. As an individual with severe Cerebral Palsy, I rely on both a motorized wheelchair and a modified van, as a lifeline to the community such as; being able to access sessions at the gym to maintain my physical health, employment opportunities, church services, community involvement and vitally needed medical appointments. I now have to cancel all of my necessary appointments and activities because I no longer have a means of transportation. The cost of a new van is exorbitant and would prove to be an impossible financial burden for me and my family.
For the past decade and a half, I have proudly served on the NJ Developmental Disabilities Council. As an active member of The Auditorium Usher Association and docent with OG Historical Society entering my fifteenth season, I am asking for your support and generosity in my time of need. All donations are tax deductible and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses. I humbly thank you for any support to renew my quality of life.
