Ramp Van for Teresa Caudill

Family and friends of Teresa Caudill are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund the purchase of a new ramp van. Teresa is 53 years old and was born with Cerebral Palsy. She only has the use of one arm and is dependent on a wheelchair. But that has never stopped her from living a full life! She has been driving modified vans since 1996 and has the opportunity to have a new van modified, but needs help purchasing said van. The last 5 years she has been without a van and unable to do anything for herself as far as grocery shopping, drs appointments, errands, helping care for her adopted granddaughter, not to mention the toll it has taken on her mentally and emotionally, and on her friends who have to help get her everywhere. She has lost her spark and independence. Teresa has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover van and any van related expensese. All funds raised will go directly to Superior Vans in Louisville Kentucky where the van will be purchased and go to Lexington Kentucky where it will be modified for her specific needs to be able to drive.
