Aviv Litov, a passionate cyclist, athlete, chef, baker, beloved friend and kind human was doing what he loved most—riding his bicycle—when a car turned into the bike lane he was riding in causing a crash that left him with broken back and a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). In an instant, everything changed. The crash didn’t just break bones—it shattered life as he knew it.

One of the many goals of Aviv's time at Aviv is to increase both his physical reaction times and agility in addition to stimulating cognitive improvement through neuroplasticity and neuroregenertion. One of the ways this is done is through dual-task training.Here Aviv is using a Witty SEM device that offers simultaneous brain and body activation through a combination of physical tasks and cognitive challenges. Research shows that this combination maximizes the benefits of the HBOT program at the Aviv Medical Program.
