Family and friends, we are reaching out on behalf of someone who means so much to us—Dexter Murphy Jr., a dedicated husband, father, mentor, and community member who is now facing one of the biggest challenges of his life.
At just 45 years old, Dexter has been diagnosed with kidney failure and began dialysis treatment in February 2025. While he remains hopeful and resilient, the next critical step is finding a living kidney donor with an O Positive blood type and preparing for a life-saving transplant.
Those who know Dexter know he’s always been the first to step in when others are in need. Alongside his loving wife, he has dedicated countless hours to mentoring and uplifting young people in the community—offering guidance, encouragement, and love to help shape future leaders. Now, Dexter needs our help.
To manage the uninsured medical costs and associated expenses of his transplant journey, Dexter has partnered with the nonprofit Help Hope Live. This organization ensures that all donations are tax-deductible and used exclusively for medical and related costs.
This is where you come in. We are asking for your support—whether it’s through a donation, sharing Dexter’s story, or helping us spread the word to find a kidney donor. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings Dexter one step closer to a healthy and full life.
Your generosity will directly impact a man who has selflessly impacted so many others. With your help, we can ensure Dexter receives the care and support he needs during this critical time.
Thank you for standing with Dexter and being part of his journey toward healing and hope.
With gratitude, [Dexter/ The Murphy Family]
