We Care About Chris!

In less than a year, this cruel disease has already lessened Chris’ ability to engage in his daily “Girl Dad Era” activities – picking up his daughters, gardening, walking pups Duke & Poppy, and driving. Yet Chris hasn’t lost his sense of joy or humor, even as we grieve the diagnosis.

And, we know that ALS will increasingly steal away Chris’ muscle control, impacting mobility, speech, swallowing, and eventually, breathing, over the coming months.

We’re hoping this community can provide love and support for our family through our current, and coming, challenges.

We plan for any provided financial support to help cover medical expenses, necessary equipment (ex: wheelchair), required renovations (ex: ramp, accessible bathroom), child counseling costs (ex: therapy and grief programs), etc. that empower us to have the best quality of life for our family.
